All studios have air condition and sat-tv, a separate balcony with wonderful view to olive fields, the mountains and the sea.

The house is located on a well tended plot of land, slightly above Souda Bay at the south coast of Crete.
Apart from a small road a footpath is leading down directly to the sea and to the beautiful beach of Souda.
The seaside road ends there near two tavernas with tasty cretan cuisine.

Our studios and apartments have bathroom and toilet en suite as well as a completely equipped kitchenette with coffemaker, plates and tableware, fridge, cooker and oven.

Every accommodation is different in size and style, ranging from modern to classic.

The apartment has living room with kitchenette as well as a sleeping room with double bed. The living room's sofa can be extended to be a comfortable additional bed.
There is sea view from every room, one may easily spot the island of Gavdos on the horizon.

Studio in Cretan style:
furniture and decoration corresponds to the Cretans' idea of how a room should look like, combined with some modern elements.
The room is rather spacy, the shady terrace with nice sea view stays comfortably cool even on midsummer days.

There is a private balcony, the terrace at the entrance with its pleasant shadow is at your disposal, too.

this accommodation's decoration is inspired by colourful garden flowers growing next to the stairs, light but decent colours, crowned by beautiful view towards the Libyan Sea.
